This battle is for freedom; avoid failure. You can feel fervent emotions and resolve not to give in. Command yourself, "I refuse to stop.
Stop living in the past. We all have our pasts to deal with. We cannot fix it but we can forget it and resolve to move on. Save yourself from the downward cycle of the past and empower your life abundantly. Do not justify the past by making excuses. Admit your errors but do not be consumed by them. Give everything to God. Allow Him to work in you, resting in the thought that He will completely erase the past.
Hunger triggers feelings of hunger and readies the stomach to ingest food. Determine if your stomach is famished, sometimes you can mistake the feeling of thirst instead of hunger.
