It has become so popular to practice body building that a lot of people do it as an exercise. Some time ago only pros used to practice it, but nowadays, college students would like to have the Arnold muscles that they see on the TV.
But you should be careful of how you practice this discipline, because professional athletes follow a very strictly diet and training exercises and they also use anabolics and steroids to increase their muscles quickly. Let me show you some safe body building tips without taking anabolics.
