Penis Enlargement - Miles to achieve!

Penis enlargement is the process of elongation or enlarging the male reproductive organ. Surgical implants, exercise and medication are the techniques used to achieve this. Most recently developed implants, bio-degradable in nature, show better performance than the artificial silicone implants. They are found to be safer than the silicone implants. Around 80% of the men showed satisfaction after undergoing this surgery.

Phalloplasty or the elongation of penis surgically, on the other hand, includes freezing of fudiform ligaments and the suspensory ligaments of the pubic bone. The erection of a penis is controlled by these ligaments attached to pubic bone. If these ligaments are freed, the penis gains length. Normally a quarter of a penis remains inside the body and this surgery can help its way out. Though the average increase in the length of the penis is about 20 to 30cm, in a recently conducted survey about 70% of the men have felt disappointed with the result. The method is said to be un-advisable since its quite unsafe to be operated by foreign bodies.

Inflatable implants are usually fitted in the groin or the scrotum and used with the help of a pump held in the hand. This method is predominantly used by men suffering from total impotence. It can be places anywhere in the pubic region and erection can be produces whenever desired. The control over the desire is in your hand.

Psychological:
You can make the penis look longer by trimming the pubic hair. It can bring happiness to people who feel their penis isn’t very long. This is purely a psychological move.

Medicines:
The medicines available in the market to elongate a penis are in plenty but most of them are very harmful and can have side effects. They contain toxic substances like microorganisms that aren’t good for health. Most of the medicines you get in the market do not have a great effect on the elongation of the penis while it might just sexually arouse you.

Penis pumps:
Penis pumps work on a rubber glove and a vacuum pump attached to the penis. They cause suction in the penis that makes it longer. The blood flow to the penis increases which then increases the blood pressure in the penis while using the pump. This helps to enlarge the penis to some extent.
