Men Should Walk for Sexual Health and Reduced Risk of Impotence

By: Jessica Thomson

According to Dr. Irwin Goldstein, a fast walk of 2 mile each day can decrease men's risk of impotence. His nine year study of 600 men who at the beginning of the study had no problems of impotence, found that men who were exercising or started doing exercise at their middle age lessened their risk of impotence. Captivating with other healthy actions at mid of life for e.g. as losing weight, quitting smoking or leaving the habit of drinking did not decreased the risk of impotence.
Two miles a day walk for men even if started at mid-life can preserve your sexual health without requiring any drugs.
Exercise enhances blood flow throughout your blood vessels. Early warning signs of heart artery disease are provided by the penile blood vessels when flow of blood slows down due to impotence. Exercise continues flow of blood and avoids impotence in the same manner as it stops heart attacks.
Two miles walk at a fast pace or about a half an hour walk per day is required for enhancing the blood flow. A jog or other exercise is also required that absorbs 200 calories and improves the heart rate. Sexual health of a man also improves by doing walking. Biking is not suggested as it has been proved by some studies that they increase the danger of impotence due to restriction of blood flow from the bike seat.
Even Chlamydia test should be done by men. Chlamydia is mainly the curable sexually transmitted disease. The main infection site for Chlamydia within men is the urethra, the tube within the penis which holds sperm and urine. Symptoms of Chlamydia in men may comprise:
1 Blazing pain on urination
2 Release from the penis opening
3 Pain caused in testicles
4 Discharge or pain caused from the rectum
Therefore, it is always suggested for men that before making a new sexual relationship or initiating to have exposed sex in your present relationship, Chlamydia test should be done.
The benefits of health by doing regular exercise are well known. Improved levels of physical activity are related with reduced incidence of coronary disease of artery, high blood pressure, type 2diabetes and obesity. These health conditions have an effect on men and can be banned by doing walking or any other physical activity. Exercise is regarded as the keystone of treatment for chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and minor arterial disease. Thus, going on a walk is very essential for men for improving sexual health and reducing risk of impotence.
