This employment agency specializes in job searching on a worldwide basis. Just check out some of the countries listed. Virtually every country in the world from Andorra to Zambia. Their list of vacancies include volunteer work, long term contracts and short term assignments. They also include information about the countries concerned together with advice on travelling documents needed such as work permits and visas. Try hot.jobs.yahoo.com. Whilst this site does not specifically deal with international vacancies, it does provide access to Yahoo groups that do. Using the website will require a Yahoo.com account sign up for free and email account thrown in. Then there is monster.com which as its name suggests is a monster of an employment agency. But don't worry, its a friendly monster! They offer job searches in many countries and also have sites that a specific to particular countries. For example Canada is covered by monster.ca and Britain by monster.co.uk All these online employment agencies will let you post your resume online. After approval it will be placed in their database. This database is searchable by employers looking for employees. Usually your resume is posted by filling in an on-screen form but sometimes it must be attached to an email. When an employer sees your resume and likes what he sees, he will approach the employment agency who will then contact you. In addition you can apply for any appropriate job posted on their website. This will also involve submitting a resume and possibly a covering letter. The agency would pass these onto the advertiser and contact you accordingly. As with everything online, be careful when submitting your details. It has been found that quite a few sites posing as online employment agencies are in fact fronts for criminals engaging in identity theft.
