All over, we find millions of offers that give us stuff free- all kinds of stuff too they are, starting from t-shirts to iPods, from useless junk to cars and bikes. In addition, all of us love these just for the simple reason that they come free- even if they are of no use to us!
A company for a variety of reasons distributes free stuff, the most important one being the creation on good will among the consumers. Besides, free stuff often acts as a free sample to many consumers. This definitely promotes sale for the company. However, do companies lose giving away free stuff? The answer is a big no! Why? Because the company gains more sales and more profits due to these free stuff. In fact, the million gifts, which are offered to us, are just eyewash of being free! While on the internet, we click a billion advertisements, which earn revenue for the companies. Besides, to get free stuff we generally have to sign up with the particular site that is offering us the free sample. This earns revenue for the company. In fact, many companies make you sign up the companies they are sponsoring and get a commission on your sign up. This commission covers up the cost of the so-called free stuff. The word that sells is “FREE”.
Talk of entertainment free. For every CD or DVD we take on rent for a day, we have to shell out some money off our pockets. We can get them free every day! We just have to get a subscription and get the library card and renew it every year. Nearly free but is it.
Let us come to free vacation trips. Only a few days back people from a certain company gave me a call- I had won a free trip and they will pay all expenses of travelling. The catch? I have to stay in their resort! Free- was it not?
Dental expenditure is a toll over all heads in America. If we can have a dental X-ray done for $30 rather than for $80, we will want nothing better. The X-ray will be done, a tooth may also be pulled out at almost free or nominal rate- only, instead of a professional doctor, and you get students doing it as a part of their internship. Established doctors of course accompany them.
On the net, you get baby free stuff as well. For your twins, if you buy some stuff, something similar comes free for the second child. This of course is a huge relief for many parents when they find they do not have as much financial worries as they imagined for having two kids together. Companies not only give buy free offers but also offer freebies, discounts, offer coupons and other incentives.
The market now is full of free stuff and free samples to keep everyone- the company, the distributor, the advertiser and the consumer happy. Therefore, a smile comes free your way!
