Many different types of industries use industrial DVD duplication systems on a daily basis. Whether it's for producing duplicated discs for a client, or creating your own marketing disc, desktop production duplication is becoming increasingly popular among established businesses as well as start ups. Production grade DVD Duplicators are either an automated duplicator which will pick up and place the blank discs from a spindle or a manual duplicator which requires the operator to manually input and remove discs from the duplication system. Automated duplicators will do all the work of loading and unloading discs with the use of a robotic arm. As trays are done burning a disc, the arm will remove the burned disc and then drop a new blank disc into the burner. Quality automated systems will even remove bad discs and place them on a reject spindle. Manual Duplicator systems are much more labor intensive. An operator needs be at the systems side at all times so that they can remove and load the media as it is duplicated. Mediatechnics has been in the duplication industry since 1988 and manufactures quality automated and manual duplication systems. They have systems in use by many top fortune 500 companies. With many years of duplication industry experience under their belt, they are able to produce a quality system that is affordable for small or large businesses looking to mass produce duplicated media.
