Crocs Use State-of-the-Art Technology

By: David T.

Crocs shoes are made with state-of-the-art technology. And it is this technology that makes Crocs so comfortable and strong for everyone in the family. Crocs are made out of foam resin called croslite, which is made out of a polymer called ethylene-vinyl acetate.

Foam is created by trapping many gas bubbles in a solid or liquid state. Resin is a secretion of many plants that are found organically in nature. This resin is valued for its chemical properties and uses, like as an adhesive or varnish. Resin is also a term that is used for synthetic substances that have similar properties to natural resin.

A foam resin is pretty much a polyurethane. There are many different versions of polyurethanes, but this kind is a low density and flexible foam that is used in many different objects, including Crocs shoes.

Crocs’ secret to being so comfortable and practical is the use of croslite. Crocs bought the company Foam Creations and their manufacturing operations, which secured the exclusive rights to the proprietary foam resin, known as croslite.

The croslite works to the wearer’s best benefit because it forms to the wearer’s feet and, therefore, offers the best support to individual’s unique feet shape. This gives the wearer reported medical benefits, according to many podiatrists.

Crocs really are a comfortable yet supportive piece of footwear. The standard design of Crocs shoes has a heel strap that keeps that shoe on the food. This strap can also be roll forward to make the shoes a slip-on clog. It has a ventilated toe box, which is the front of the shoe. This airy toe box keeps the feet cooled and comfortable.

Crocs have a supportive foot base that helps the arch of the foot. Lastly, Crocs shoes have air holes in the front of the shoes that help to filter air sand and water through the shoes for the wearer’s ultimate comfort and usability.

Crocs shoes are made mostly in China, but are also made in Florida, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Romania, and Italy. The Beach and Cayman versions of the Crocs are available in more than 20 colors. Most other styles come in about four to six colors or color-combinations.

All members of the family seem to want or have Crocs. And this is because Crocs come in so many colors, styles and designs. There are over 72 different designs of Crocs, and now there are even Crocs accessories to go along with the footwear. The accessories are called Jibbitz, which are made to be placed inside the holes of Crocs. There is also Crocs apparel for men and kids.
