Cosmetic balance and nutritional balance are equally important in preventing hair loss. Take good care of your hair when you are young, and you can help to prevent future hair loss as you age. Your hair will remain thicker, healthier and better looking for a longer period of time. Of course, gorgeous younger looking hair can give you a more youthful overall appeal.
