Go to the spot in advance, and ask what some favorites the barista has that are not on the menu. It'll probably be a mix of espresso, a few syrups, and soy. You can even create one from your imagination, but first make sure that it actually tastes good! Whenever you can order for the two of you, it creates the frame that you can lead as a man in her life.
The key behind all these tactics is a healthy mix of logistics and creativity. You want your date to be always stimulated, and within reasonable distance of your apartment or house. If you follow the above tips, you will have coffee dates that your date will both really enjoy and desire to repeat.
